President
Having been in the group travel industry since 2004, and in hospitality and tourism since 1993, Michele's top priority is service to our clients. Michele is a Master Scuba Diver, president of her local Kayak Club, and is an Underwater Naturalist. Her favorite trips are taking groups learning to dive to the Caribbean, studying marine biology and ecology, or exploring new cultures in far off lands!
Izzy Franckewitz
Vice President of Operations
Izzy started in the travel industry serving international groups visiting the beaches of Florida when she was just 16 years old. From there, she has traveled the world, inspiring guests over the past 15 years. Izzy is a Master Scuba Diver and lover of oceans. In her spare time, she also assists with the Missouri Disaster Medical Team. Izzy's favorite destinations are diving in Cozumel, adventure in Costa Rica and the vast landscapes of Iceland.
Taylor Franckewitz
Vice President of Sales
Taylor is a lover of action and adventure! In his role he works with our guests and assists them in choosing just the right destination to suit every ability and desire. Having been in the Vacation sales and marketing arena for many years, Taylor is a dive instructor and also has a passion and love for kayaking, whitewater, snowboarding and mountain biking. His favorite adventure destinations are the beaches of Mexico.
